Finance Accounting Division Head

Responsibility :

• Evaluate and coordinate tax reporting in accordance with tax planning & applicable regulations in order to ensure that the Company's annual and monthly tax reporting is carried out in a timely manner and in accordance with applicable regulations;
• Coordinating, evaluating, improving the system and team skills in providing actual financial statements related to the recording system that is true, accurate and accountable and up to date with the applicable PSAK, as well as ensuring the presentation of financial statements on time in accordance with company targets and applicable regulations.
• Developing HR competencies in Accounting, Finance, Tax Budget, administration, claims as expected from their respective positions through effective and continuous coaching & counseling;
• Control, evaluate, coordinate the provision of financial statement projections so as to provide conditions / future planning in the short, medium and long term so as to assist in making decisions appropriately targeted.
• Ensure the creation of internal control functions in the company by planning and coordinating the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, as well as controlling their implementation to ensure all financial processes and transactions run in an orderly and orderly manner, and reduce financial risks
• Control and ensure the availability of funds for the company's operations and financial health by planning, coordinating, and controlling the company's cash flow and providing solutions to the company's financial condition related to the company's cash flow planning

Requirement :

• Strong in Analytical Skill, Leadership Skill, Negotiation Skill, Ms. Office (Pivot Excel), Financial Accounting & Tax Practices
• Min. 5 years in the same position
• Manage cash flow, funding so that financial conditions are stable.
• Minimal S1 Accounting / Finance
