Role Summary:
Preparation of timely and reliable financial reports and other information for management and statutory purposes.
Responsibilities:

• Managing and checking the finances of the plantation / factory refers to the predetermined budget and applicable SOPs, including cash management, financial statements, requests for funds, entrant cheques and demand deposits and others
• SOPs
• Managing public facilities and infrastructure such as messes, garden offices / factories, houses of worship, sports facilities, clinics, landfills and others
• Assist managers in analyzing labor and administrative needs related to labor such as wage recaps, BPJS contributions, employee taxes, and others
• Managing and checking the administration of the plantation / factory including the administration of correspondence, compilation of reports from work units, etc., in accordance with the SOPs set by the company
• Managing garden / factory inventory, including recording goods in and out, routine stock-taking, purchasing local materials and others in accordance with applicable
• Establish good relationships with various parties both internally and externally

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• A degree in the related job field.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
• Those with 2 - 4 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
