Qualifications:

• Update with the newest PSAK and Tax regulation
• Have deep understanding and experiences related to Accounting, Finance, and Taxes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Prior working in Big 4 is a plus
• Minimal 2-3 years working experience in Accounting, Finance, and Tax. Preferably having experience in beauty, retail, and start-up industry
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Excellence in Microsoft Excel
• Able to adapt with fast paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and give coaching to the team
• Supervise the execution of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
• Ensure all reports are timely submitted
• Ensure all transactions are properly based on applied accounting standard
• Supervise the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual Financial, Accounting, and Taxes report
• Reporting to Accounting, Finance, and Tax Manager
• Review the reconciliations and the accuracy of all transaction
