Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

• Prepare daily bank reconciliation for all bank account
• Prepare and calculate tax payment for Tax art 23, final tax art 4.2, 26 and 21
• Prepare all payment before upload Internet Banking
• Prepare P/L statement, monthly closing and cost accounting report
• Controlling petty cash
• Preparing journal transaction
• Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements

Tax

• Prepare Annual SPT
• Prepare SPT Masa
• Making SSP with E Billing
• Provide tax reconciliation of income Tax art 23,4.2, 26, 21, VAT
• Follow industry trends and track changes related to taxes
• Liaise with internal and external auditors

Qualification & Experience

• Candidate have to accurate and able to work under pressure.
• Required language(s): English, Mandarin would be a plus.
• Maximum 40 Years
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Tax in reputable university
• Required Skill(s): Accounting, Finance, Tax.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
• Having a certificate brevet, A&B
• Domicile at Jakarta Barat
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
