Qualifications:

• Prior experience working at big4 is a plus
• Detail oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
• Able to adapt with fast paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting with 1-2 years working experiences in Accounting, Finance, & Tax, preferably in beauty, retail, or start-up
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• High integrity and problem solver

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily bank reconciliations
• Monitor, follow up, and set schedule payment
• Assist the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial & tax reports
• Ensure all transactions are accurately and timely recorded to the system
• Perform reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transactions
• Ensure all reports are timely submitted
• Perform document validation of every purchase transaction
