Job Summary :

Ensuring that all reports and accounting activities are in compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies, tax law, and external audits that will provide accurate reports to the management

:

• Review all process of administration, accounting system, and manufacture to be able to suggest any improvement and modification to the SOP that align with the company's target
• Ensuring good data compiling, filling system, and control including inventory
• Participating actively in the regular audit for financial reports as well as tax reports & audit
• Manage and produce monthly reports, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balance reconciliation
• The monthly report in time submission including budget vs actual report

Job Requirements:

• Experience with accounting software especially Accurate Online
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize work
• Proven work experience in accounting of at least 3 years in manufacturing
• Accounting major (S1)
• Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, laws, and regulations
• Strong computer skills, MS Office (Excel) in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts, and using advanced formulas)
• Willing to Work in Sukawati Gianyar, Bali
• Team management skills
