Accounting Associate Manager Jobs

The role is responsible to monitor the end-to-end process of company’s accounting and auditing, analyze and strategize company’s financial condition, develop strategic planning to identify company’s potential income and returns, and conduct company’s monthly closing and journaling.

Responsibilities

Team Development and Management

• Establish and build out the Accounting function of the company, including developing an overall Accounting strategy.
• Supervise and be responsible for the work of the team by regularly checking on the work process and results and giving help when needed.

Accounting and Auditing Process

• Monitor handling and completing the Audit Process of the Annual Financial Statements and other Audit Processes determined by the Company in accordance with the predetermined timeline.
• Oversee accounting, bookkeeping and administration every day and submission of financial statements every month in accordance with specified deadlines.

Financial Statements Management

• Coordinate with other divisions and all group entities for the Compliance Process of the Company's Financial Statements.
• Monitor the preparation of consolidated financial statements and prepare consolidated reporting packages.
• Responsible for monitoring the completion financial statements or other financial statements as required by management.

Financial Policy and Reports

• Review financial and accounting policies and procedures towards improving overall business processes
• Monitor financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting and or auditing

Preferably from logistic background or big four accounting firms
