Finance & Accounting Associate Jobs

About the role

As a Finance and Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and providing support in various financial activities. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Verify the accuracy of financial transactions by conducting periodic reconciliations of accounts and ensuring that all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
• Executing day-to-day financial operations.
• Managing financial transactions, such as processing customer transactions, managing cash flow, liaising with banking partners, and executing bank requirements.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders: You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as the management team, sales team, and operations team, to support business operations and achieve financial goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of financial transactions and maintain records of all financial activities.
• Liaise with external stakeholders, such as banks, tax authorities, and auditors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely reporting of financial information.

Requirements:

• Good English written and verbal communication skills is a plus.
• At least 2 years of working experience in finance, preferably familiar with start-up environment.
• Solid understanding of Tax Regulation in Indonesia (Employee Tax, Company Income Tax, Withholding Tax).
• Experience with Accurate is a plus.
• Solid knowledge and experience in finance operations.
• Proficient in coordinating and executing financial transactions and activities, such as preparation of budgets, bill payment, invoicing, payroll, etc.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance.
