Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Have responsibility to achieve revenue targets and identify new opportunities for growth through upsell or organic growth in the company from other services offered.
  2. Plan projects, coordinate teams participating on projects, and manage budgets to achieve client goals.
  3. Responsible for the success of campaigns, helping to create monitoring plans and creating action plans to ensure goals are met.
  4. Provide strategic analysis to help shape client business accounts.
  5. Uncover client needs, wants and goals and create creative solutions that align with those needs.
  6. Client partnerships maintenance to foster an engaging and enjoyable client experience.
  7. Oversee all day-to-day client projects and foster relationships with clients by helping to avoid problems.
  8. Responsible and able to collaborate and cooperate with other departments to ensure all client objectives can be achieved.
  9. Process development and fulfillment, maintaining ongoing communication, both internal and external, to keep processes and resources efficient
  10. Clearly communicate client objectives to the team and drive timely development of solutions


Qualifications


  1. Demonstrated ability to develop accounts and build relationships with clients
  2. Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organize and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships.
  3. Passion for diving deep into client businesses to fully understand their brands, products and ways of working
  4. Ability to manage and filter workflow and organize and prioritize workload to maximize productivity.
  5. Strong understanding and experience in working with end-to-end digital creative solutions especially in Social Media
  6. Knowledge of account management, project management and invoicing.
  7. Highly creative with the ability to generate ideas and practically contribute to results.
  8. An understanding of how to integrate with client-side teams while maintaining top-notch agency services.
  9. Strong presentation skills and have a creative mind
