Field Customer Support Jobs

Work on Student Information Systems and Learning Management Systems or any required solution for educational organizations.

Work experience related to the education sector is preferred.

We are looking for dedicated IT support with experience in the educational sector:

Have excellent oral and written communication skills.

The applicant must be fluent in Arabic.

Receive and work on students’ problems.

· Update globally available content in our CRM, ERP, and Supply Chain Management apps.

· At least 1 year experience in Customer Service, or Client Co works;

· Technology savvy with knowledge of mobile and web applications;

· Proven customer support experience;

· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;

· Experience with Kanban or other agile approaches is a plus (daily target & outcome-oriented);

At least 2 years experience in customer-focused role (service, hospitality, call centre, etc.)

Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Perform marketing activities with close collaborations with our marketing team

Assist to conduct and carry out transaction tests to identify any potential issues of payment channels

Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency

Keeping management and sales team updated

Replying to all comments and messages on social media and learning platforms in a timely manner

Communicating with potential customers in a friendly manner, trying to convert them into clients

Understanding of computer and social media

Ability to work in the office in Kemayoran, Jakarta

Salary of 200,000 IDR per day

Having a good analytical skills, problem solving skills, and good communication skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.

Educate current and potential customers with product and service information.

Ability to resource product information via tools that are provided.

Provide timely responses to customer issues regarding product usage.

Identify and escalate priority issues to the related team.

Manage a group of employees while they work on a site.

Monitoring their KPI's and SLAs using our Ticketing Tool.

Coordinating with Other teams to accomplish their tasks using FS Engineers.

Knowledge and expertise with mobile games or micro-transaction apps

Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English

Serve as the CS product owner for one or more games

Deliver actionable insights on CS contacts to cross-functional teams

Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Product teams to identify and resolve game bugs

Collaborate with BI and Backend teams to improve internal support tools

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

1 year experience in customer support preferred.

Handle administrative requests and inquiries from the sales team regarding customer support

Understand and provide full information on company application and its features

Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from clients and customers.

Perform office-based administrative duties whenever required.

Memahami domain knowledge stakeholder (Universitas dan produk SEVIMA)

Memiliki skill data migrasi & database serta troubleshooting software product

Build a close relationships with existing clients and ensuring repeat orders

Create a routine meeting schedule according to area. Catch up with potential client regularly

Create a coverage customer data per area

Make a weekly progress report

Adding hotel project references that can increase the brand value

Become Indolinen representatives on the field and active in disseminating information about ongoing promotions

Manage and resolve customer related issue and order

Have at least 3 year working experience as a customer service or telesales

Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Have knowledge & ability in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and email

Giving excellent service for customers

Maintain and update customers databases
