Field Customer Support Jobs in Kota Tangerang, Banten

Minimum of 2 year of experience in AR administrative, numeracy and procedural skills

Employee (non-management & non-supervisory) specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent is preferred.

Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office.

Experience in Animal Feed Industry / Feed Mill is preferred.

Conduct input processes and recapitulation of the general ledger/accounting ledger.

Create reports related to entry daily collection punctuation

Knowledge and expertise with mobile games or micro-transaction apps

Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English

Serve as the CS product owner for one or more games

Deliver actionable insights on CS contacts to cross-functional teams

Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Product teams to identify and resolve game bugs

Collaborate with BI and Backend teams to improve internal support tools
