Minimum 3-5 years' experience as HR Manager

Experience at training and development, performance appraisals and employee evaluation (OKR, KPI, etc.)

Excellent communication and people skills

Responsible for end-to-end payroll process

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or Law.

Detailed understanding of Human Resource Management and Organization Business Process.

Organized, meticulous and has a good sense of time management.

Support in developing SOP, policies aligned with the local statutory regulations & requirements.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field.

Strong knowledge of the manpower and employment laws & regulations in Indonesia.

2. Manage recruitment end-to-end process from screening CV, preparing contract, offering, arrange MCU, on boarding etc.

9. Fulfill company compliance requirements and create/manage SOP related to the HR.

2. Have experienced in process payroll especially Tax & BPJS calculations.

1. Handle & process employee Payroll including for BPJS.

3. Process / submit the payment for payroll and other fees/expense through the internal system.

4. Control attendance, leave based on company regulations.

evaluation of candidates, offer plans, etc.;

2. More than 3 years of Indonesian recruitment or HR experience, industry in Internet /E

·Minimal 10 years in same area

·Managing the Human Capital and General Affairs budget appropriately and efficiently
