This includes recruiting, onboarding, training, employee relations, and other HR-related activities. They are also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to managers and employees. They must be able to work independently and collaboratively with other departments to ensure the success of the organization. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
• Knowledge of HR systems and software
• Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
• Knowledge of training and development
Job Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
