Detailed Job Description The Senior HRBP is responsible for providing strategic and tactical HR support to the business. This includes developing and executing HR strategies that support the business objectives, managing employee relations, providing guidance on performance management, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Senior HRBP will also be responsible for leading the recruitment and selection process, managing the onboarding process, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR related matters.
