Make sales planning for the distributors, private project owner, state-owned enterprise, fabricators, big retail stores

Monitoring production planning and stock

Must have experience of penetrating to big manufacturers selling pre-mixed food products

Highly preferred having experience in food trading

Finding and penetrating new potential customers in Indonesia

Planning and executing cold outreach in the form of emails and calls to attract new leads.

Actively selling pre-mixed materials and growing interests of the food products to big manufacturers (Active conducting B2B sales)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in related majors

Candidate has experience in handling admin sales and finance report

Check all Region manager access make sure they can access related customer on their Mapping all Sales person to DCR

Experienced in smartphone's industry will be prioritized

Experience in administration and data analysis for at least 3 years

Review daily DCR input from Distributor & MD

Filling related document for RMD & MD approval

Distributor and Account Management: Develop, ensure, and manage the implementation of distributor management systems and effective account management practices

Business and Market Updates: Regularly provide business and market updates to management and make recommendations based on the current situation

Team Management: Manage, train, coach, and evaluate team members, including providing feedback and conducting performance reviews

Sales Forecasting: Manage and review sales forecasts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and alignment with targets

Minimum of six years' experience in industrial sales

Experienced representative with a background in lubricants

Menentukan strategi penjualan dan analisa pasar.

Menjaga hubungan baik dengan customer tetap/yang sudah ada

Pendidikan min S1 jurusan Teknologi Pangan, Teknik Industri, Tataboga, Bioteknologi, Marketing.

Memiliki pengalaman sales dibidang Food Industry min 2 thn.

Memiliki kemampuan Komunikasi, Negosiasi, Teliti, Tanggung Jawab, Komitmen, dan Disiplin.
