Extensive knowledge in recruitment and selection.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Handling and understanding the end-to-end recruitment process.

Sourcing and reaching out to qualified candidates for current open positions.

Maintain administration and relationship with other institutions.

Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to match open positions

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Collaborating with hiring managers from respective departments to compile a consistent list of job requirements

Assessing & Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and qualifications

Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

At least 2 years of recruiting experience

Select job applicants, confirm their qualifications, and refer them to hiring managers, making recommendations when appropriate

Review job orders and employment applications to match applicants with job requirements

3+ years of experience in recruitment especially in acquiring tech talents

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Experience in using several job portals to proactively source candidates

Excellent interpersonal and communication, and decision-making skills

Education: Minimum Bachelor in Psychology or Human Resource Management major

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to the daily management of employees

- Assist management in conflict resolution

Coordinate with other Department Managers for MPP needs in companies/outlets

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in the Recruitment field

- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower planning

Candidate preferably have 2 years of working experience in the related field

Having strong experience in student recruitment for Magister Program is preferable

Good English Communication skill is the advantage

Ensure overall arrangement and implementation of sales activities

Oversee and implement student enrollment plans and targets

Build strong and effective cooperation with other departments which support overall objectives from department
