Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the ceramic industry or a similar manufacturing environment

Proficiency in using computer software and production management systems

Strong knowledge of ceramic production processes, techniques, and equipment

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

Vast experience, skills , and knowledge in manufacturing process particularly in Injection molding process

Can lead QRQC, PDCA FTA analysis on complex technical and management issues with logical thinking

Knows how complete a FTA, 5 why and LLC on complex technical and management issue

Manage curative & preventive maintenance of equipment & sustainable TPM deployment

Minimum of 5 years managerial level in production

Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, build and develop effective team

Strong organizational and managerial skills

Manage and evaluate entire Fish production process

3+ years of Fish production experience

Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a safe production environment

Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders

Experience as Production Manager or Automotive Engineering Manager

Possess plastic injection skills in automotive manufacturing

Is responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)

Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations

Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected

Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results
