Experience: Min. 5 years experience as Production Manager (Automobile/precision parts manufacturing preferred).

Develop a quality control system to ensure the product fulfilled all requirements.

Lead and manage the team.

Education: Min. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering major or related major.

Have experience in all production aspects (PPIC, Warehouse, Engineering, Products Delivery).

Responsible for the whole unit from planning to the final product.

Monitor production performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.

Proven experience as a Production Manager or a similar role within the FMCG industry (specifically Food & Beverage).

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams to achieve production targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.
