Job Summary:

As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the entire production process for our client's alcohol beverage manufacturing operations in Bali. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, managing the production schedule, and maintaining strict quality control measures. Your expertise will drive operational excellence, promote a safe working environment, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and achieve production targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of production personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Establish and maintain stringent quality control measures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
• Monitor production performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
• Develop and implement production plans, ensuring efficient utilization of resources to meet production targets within budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality Assurance, to optimize production workflows and product development.
• Oversee the production schedule, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices, implementing relevant improvements to enhance operational effectiveness
• Drive operational efficiency by analyzing production processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions.
• Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven HACCP experiences
• Extensive Knowledge of GMP (G ood Manufacturing Practices)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Proven experience as a Production Manager or a similar role within the FMCG industry (specifically Food & Beverage).
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams to achieve production targets.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.
