Qualifications, Experience and Education desired:

Plant and machinery management / maintenance.

Performance evaluation of the team members and give suggestions to management accordingly.

Successfully managed up to 1000 work force

Experience with production techniques based on industrial engineering methods

Proper allocation of production- Conduct daily production meeting with the production team to discuss all production related problems and give solutions.

Strong organizational and managerial skills

Manage and evaluate entire production process

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of production experience

Contribute to production planning and budgeting

Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction

Good Project management & communication skill

Understand inventory management & warehousing

4-10 years as head production or production manager of central kitchen in bakery or pastry business

Good Excel & Report administration skill

Plan & arrange production schedule

Plan & arrange schedule & logistic route to deliver the product

Ideally, have previous experience as Project Manager and/or in an Agency/Production house company.

Also, ideally, familiar with Basecamp or other project management tools.

Develop, manage, and maintain the project schedule, work plan, budget, & resources for each project.

Excellent interpersonal skills; Persuasive (Effective communication skills, presentation, & relationship building)

We are looking for a Project Manager/Content Planner

So, we are giving you responsibilities for:

Monitor production performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management.

Proven experience as a Production Manager or a similar role within the FMCG industry (specifically Food & Beverage).

Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating diverse teams to achieve production targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.

Prepare and present production reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as a Production Manager within the [industry] sector

Proficient in using production management software and tools

Oversee and manage the entire production process, from planning and scheduling to execution and delivery

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with excellent communication skills

Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record in managing and developing high-performing teams
