Experienced in Organizational Development (OD) and/or Performance Management (PM) is preferred.

Prepare all forms and relevant documentations for Management Alignment (People Lead x Other Leaders) regarding:Learning, Development and Employee Movement.

Experienced in managing team members (not a first time manager) within the HR function.

Prepare and manage performance review data every review cycle.

Possess an HR Generalist experience for at least 2 years consecutively within his/her entire career.

Knowledgeable about the relevant business/sector (business acumen).

• Resolve and anticipate disputes involving management, employees or government agencies.

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills;

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university.

• Fresh graduate are welcome.

• Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or a related field

Collect, calculate, and update employee compensation & benefit, BPJS and PPH21/23

Work closely with HR and Finance Team

Work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Comben or similar role in startup company at least 1 year

Good verbal and written communication skills

Experienced as an EO is a plus

Strong analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and project management skill

Bachelor's degree in Information System or related discipline, with at least 2 years in business analyst experience

Assist in setting up, maintaining and implement upgrades of HRIS

Proactively changing or designing new tools/processes/work flow for improving HRIS and HR service level

Ensure the configuration of HRIS to enforce the security access to data according to the applicable regulation and compliance policy

Provide solutions to questions or problems regarding HRIS and its interface with vendors when required to resolve issues
