5+ years of hands-on experience with technical account management or equivalent role in the tech or travel industries

Own end-to-end technical account management of Agoda’s largest B2B accounts

Experience working with data transfer via API’s; alongside strong SQL and Excel skills

Work closely with Product Managers to identify business needs and influence the design of the next big feature

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, are essential for this role

Drive profitable growth of the Strategic Partnerships Travel Distribution business globally

Prepare monthly reporting for Finance and Accounting Department,

1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role,

Experience in Freight Forwarding industry or logistics department or accounting department is a plus.

Collect and control invoices from vendors (freight forwarders, third party logistics / 3PL),

Other administrative tasks as assigned,

Provide ad hoc support around office as needed,

Program management certifications (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2) to compliment your program management experience

Good stakeholder management experience. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite

5+ years of experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy

Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance)

Strong experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business

Excellent communicator with superior written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce

Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics

Strong presentation and negotiation skills

Reporting, analysis, and insights: Building dashboards to track performance, derive insights, understand growth levers, and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders
