Strong knowledge in the Tbk Company will be preferable.

Proven experience in dealing with the business licensing process and mandatory reporting to OJK and IDX.

Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.

Drafting and Contract Management skill with problem solving abilities

Has solid experience minimum5 years as legal manager or minimum7 years as legal supervisor, preferably from MICE or building Development Company.

Having good knowledge on Land Law specifically Construction Law

Preferably has solid communication skill in English (written and verbal) and/or Mandarin or other foreign languages

Hold minimumBachelor Degree in Law from reputable university, with minimum GPA 3.00 (in scale of 4,00)

Strict to the law, ensure the safety of the company and provide legal advisory.

Excellent written and communication skills in English and Indonesian language.

Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team in managing Standard Operational Procedures of Legal function;

Conduct research on various legal and administrative issues;

Assisting Legal and Company Secretary team in conducting internal training to relevant stakeholders if necessary.

Have a high initiative and willingness to learn

Have an interest in corporate law

Relevant experience and knowledge in Digital Payment, Banking, Financial institution. Specific in Payment Gateway is an advantage;

Effective communication abilities, negotiation skill and critical thinking;

A minimum formal education of bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law;

At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

Financial and Government regulatory experience is an advantage.

Drafting, review, and identify any issues in commercial Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, MOUs, Policy Contracts, as per existing legislation, etc.

Has a legal educational background

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in law

Willing to undergo education and bond service after education

Not married and willing not to get married during education

Provide legal opinions/opinions required in the company's business activities

Making and preparing (drafting) as well as checking (reviewing) documents from a legal perspective

. Experienced in corporate action (merger, acquisition)

. Experienced in Banking Law such as Facility Credit Agreements, Corporate Guarantees, Collateral Agreement

. At least 2-4 years of experience

. Legal Drafting, Legal Review, Legal Advice and Legal Research

. Having basic of plantation licensing such as Izin Lokasi, Izin Usaha Perkebunan, Izin Pelepasan Kawasan Hutan

. Filing and maintaining legal documents

Have at least 3 years working experiences at reputable company or law firm.

Have a good knowledges on contract law.

Have a good knowledges on company law.

Have a good knowledges on Microsoft Office.

Documents preparation for counterpart request for agreement’s review (AoA, ID , Licenses, Company Profile, etc).-

Internal coordination of document’s signing process.

Reminding about expired licenses and land assets documents.
