Legal Corporate Officer Jobs in Kota Tangerang, Banten

Good Knowledge of the legal industry, (legal research, legal terminology, and case management practices),

Bachelor Law with 1+ year's experience,

Having experience in drafting and reviewing a legal document

Good verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English,

Having experience in Feedmill / Poultry company is a plus

Having experience in Industrial Relation issues is a plus

Melakukan pendampingan dan memeriksa dokumen pada saat penandatanganan AJB di depan notaris

Melakukan pengecekan komparasi serta pengisian identitas pembeli dan Objek Lokasi Unitpada minuta AJB

Berkoordinasi dengan konsumen, Notaris dan pihak bank terkait Proses AJB

Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum dengan IPK minimal 3,00

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

Lokasi Kerja : Petals City, Tangerang Curug

Have a minimum of 1-year of experience as a corporate legal officer in the manufacturing sector

Have effective Negotiation & Communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Legal, or equivalent

Understanding and mastering legal aspects such as company legality, legal drafting, contracts & legal reviews, agreements & permits, company assets

Understand the company's articles of association and understand bank credit agreement procedures
