About The Production Manager (Alcohol) Role

Menjalankan kegiatan di seluruh Operational Kitchen dan melakukan supervisi terhadap Staff

Memberikan training kepada seluruh Staff di Kitchen

Bertanggungjawab untuk kebersihan dan sanitasi di area Kitchen dan seluruh staff

Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan hospitality dan pengalaman minimum 2 tahun sebagai sous chef

Memiliki kepemimpinan dan komunikasi yang baik

Memiliki passion dan kreativitas yang tinggi dalam memasak dan memahami cara perhitungan cost

Minimum 4 years of experience in the industrial or assembly product manufacturing managerial role

Manage production costs and technical efficiency of the plant

Good data interpretation, analytical skill, sharp, and energetic

Strong interpersonal and communication skill

At least have 5 years experiences in same position in manufacturing company.

Able to manage all production resources to achieve QCD targets.

We are looking for the position of Production Manager :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring on Mechanical / Industrial engineering or equivalent.

Ability to do continuous improvements.

Manage, lead and mentor a team of mining operations supervisory staff

Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment will be advantageous

Always act in a manner that seeks to promote and enhance a safe and healthy workplace culture

Create, control and maintain the budget for internal department

BSc in Mining Engineering or related technical discipline

Minimum 10 years of experience in seaweed extraction or related industries

Have technical knowledge of agronomic inputs required for seaweed production / processing

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skill within the organisation.
