Have expert knowledge about kitchen management (Planning, organizing, problem solving, staff & time management)

Min. of 2 years experience as Head Chef or Head Production

Have expert knowledge about COGS and food costing

Have a good communication and leadership skills

Able to work in high pressure.

Able to prepapre and produce high quility food using standard recipes and portions set by SOP

Make departmental budget and propose it to General Manager every designated time period.

Has experience in die casting industry.

Create and update organization structure of department/section.

Create departmental work program to achieve quality objective.

Perform mapping of quality objective to each section so that clear target can be achieved.

Make job description for sub department head / section head.
