Team and Department management experience

At least 3 years of experience in accounting (including the settlement of finance)

Experience in preparing asset securities reports, semi-annual reports, and financial results

Willing to work onsite in Tokyo, Japan

Fluent in English and Japanese

Business-level English and Japanese needed

Fluent in oral and written

JLPT MIN. N3 / JFT Basic A2

Passionate about teaching and working with student

Teach savvy, familiar with google meet/zoom

 Excellent time management skills.

 Provide information & product knowledge to customer through social media chats.

 Min. 3 years experiences in related field as Customer Support / Social Media Admin.

 Strong leadership & problem-solving skills.

 Excellent communication & people skills.

 Managing real time correspondence with customer within all social media platform.

Min. 1 Year of working experience in this field

Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.

Ability to handling complain & maintaining a strong relationship with new customer from channel livechat and ticketing

Ability to using CRM tools (zendesk,salesforce, etc)

Experience min. 1 year in CS field

D3 / S1 graduates of all majors

Fluent in English is a plus
