Job Description

Qualifications :


  1. D3 / S1 graduates of all majors
  2. Have good communication skills
  3. Experience min. 1 year in CS field
  4. Fluent in English is a plus


Job desc :


  1. Respond to every complaint that comes from client
  2. Approach client directly or through other media
  3. Administering the handling of client complaints
  4. Problem-Solving: Your objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and solving their problems through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  5. Respond both verbally and in writing to incoming complaints from print and electronic media (telephone, suggestion box, call center, letter or email)
