Job desc :
- Respond to every complaint that comes from client
- Approach client directly or through other media
- Administering the handling of client complaints
- Problem-Solving: Your objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and solving their problems through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond both verbally and in writing to incoming complaints from print and electronic media (telephone, suggestion box, call center, letter or email)
