Bachelor's degree in Law or an equivalent qualification from a reputable university

Minimum of 1 year experience as a practicing lawyer

Demonstrates knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including Bankruptcy Law, Indonesian Civil Law, Criminal law, and Commercial Law

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Involved in PKPU or Bankruptcy Process, either assisting Debtors, Creditors, Administrator, or Receiver.

Assistance in the development of risk management strategies and the prevention of legal problems;

Manage entity compliance calendar and corporate filing;

5-6 years of experience in a law firm or corporate field (law firm experience would be an advantage);

Analytical set of mind and exceptional research skills;

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills;

Min. 2 years experience as a corporate lawyer

Good understanding in general civil law and company law

Possessing an advocate license is preferable

Good skills in Contract Management (drafting & reviewing);

Having minimum 5 years experience in legal field;

Having experience or portfolio in Telco, IT, and/or technology related industry;

Good skills in corporate and commercial legal;

Having an experience in reputable law firm would be an advantage;

Holding minimum Bachelor Degree in Law;
