Enhance management and labour knowledge on IR related issues.

Monitor internal and external labour relations trends and submit relevant reports to Management.

Relevant work experience in industrial relations, employee relations, labor relations, or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, and negotiation skills both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees, unions, and stakeholders

Build constructive relationships between all stakeholders both internally (Unions) and externally (government bodies, other industry bodies and external parties).

Preparing invoices, keeping pipeline accuracy, updating organization charts, and supporting business managers.

Contribute to the coordination of section activities including weekly or monthly reports or meeting, correspondence coordination.

Supporting team members with various activities, including travel arrangements.

Provide a quality service to internal and external clients.

Supporting the development of proposals and deliverables by formatting and editing content to a professional standard; and

Build rapport and communicate professionally with all team members and clients even when the situation becomes difficult.

Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the Government or Regulators, and monthly reports to the Management.

Handling employee certification registration and reports.

Min. 7 years of experience in HR Compliance or Industrial Relations

A team player with solid communication, listening, strong problem solving skills, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Excellent knowledge in Labor Law, and keep up to date with the government regulations.

Responsible for Industrial Relations that also covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, and hiring-terminations.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Compliance and Industrial Relations preferable in Oil & Gas Industry.

Excellent knowledge of labour law, and keeping up to date with government regulations.

Team player with solid communication, negotiation, listening, and problem-solving skills.

Quick learner, good analytical skill, and complex problem-solving ability.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law.

Melakukan pengurusan dokumen Peraturan Perusahaan baik perubahan maupun pembaharuannya serta melakukan drafting, review, revise perjanjian dan dokumen hukum lainnya terkait ketenagakerjaan.

Melakukan pengurusan dokumen-dokumen ketenagakerjaan serta perijinan ke pihak/instansi terkait.

Menjalankan fungsi Regulatory Compliance atau penegakan aturan.

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama minimal 2-3 tahun
