Industrial Relations Manager Jobs

Responsibilities:

• Maintain effective relationships and communication between Human Resources Division with stakeholders, employee with employee and Human Resources with employee to ensure positive work environment
• Resolve and anticipate disputes involving management, employees or government agencies
• Manage and support HR in area
• Manage General Affair operation
• Analyze legal issues, industrial disputes, new regulations and any other related to the labor law and company regulation
• Focusing on control area of Information Security, Continuity of Business, HR Operations Process Control

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of working experience in Industrial Relation or HR Representative. Experience in handling HR for F&B Business is a plus
• Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, which covers, but not limited to: Organizational Development, People Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Strategic Compensation Management, Culture & Engagement. Knowledge of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations is a must
• Willing to be placed at Malang, East Java
