Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective relationships and communication between Human Resources Division with stakeholders, employee with employee and Human Resources with employee to ensure positive work environment
- Resolve and anticipate disputes involving management, employees or government agencies
- Manage and support HR in area
- Manage General Affair operation
- Analyze legal issues, industrial disputes, new regulations and any other related to the labor law and company regulation
- Focusing on control area of Information Security, Continuity of Business, HR Operations Process Control
Requirements:
- Min 5 years of working experience in Industrial Relation or HR Representative. Experience in handling HR for F&B Business is a plus
- Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university
- Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, which covers, but not limited to: Organizational Development, People Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Strategic Compensation Management, Culture & Engagement. Knowledge of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations is a must
- Willing to be placed at Malang, East Java
