The successful candidate will join the Airport Operations, Premium Passenger Services Department in SIA Customer Services & Operations Division. You will be part of a dynamic team managing the day-to-day operations of the SIA flagship SilverKris Lounge as well as rendering First Class service to our premium passengers. You must possess team spirit to handle operational issues together internally and across departments, and have a keen service-oriented attitude to ensure that all passengers’ needs are met and even exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with SIN Station on delays and special handling.
- Lead by example, the spirit of "Soar as One".
- Supervise, coach and monitor all staff on operational matters to ensure that lounge duties are carried out efficiently and as a team.
- Ensure good housekeeping of the Lounges.
- Meet and Assist VIPs to and from SKLs.
- Provide efficient administrative support.
- Provide personalised service and assistance to our premium passengers at the SKLs, KFGLs and various areas of the airport.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Ensure smooth operations of the SilverKris Lounge (SKL) and Krisflyer Gold Lounge (KFGL).
- Handle and resolve escalated passenger complaints.
- This role will require you to work shift hours, including overnight shifts.
- Perform backroom duties such as monitoring flights and liaising with traffic staff.
- IT proficiency.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be prepared to perform shift duties.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Applicants must be proficient in the English language and one other language (eg: Chinese, French, German, Italian or Korean), as the incumbent may be required to communicate with customers in other languages.
- Customer-oriented personality.
- Experience in front-line customer service preferred.
