Comprehensive knowledge of SEO management

Manage all the 360 media placement and distribution, both above the line and below the line

Membuat konten tulisan dan multimedia sebagai bahan publikasi organisasi.

Good project management, administration, and design abilities.

Good communications skills in both verbal and written.

Monitor website performance and implement necessary optimizations for better user experience and search engine visibility.

Manage website analytics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve website performance and engagement.

Have an outgoing, communicative disposition.

Preferred but not required: Past internship experience in media relations/news monitoring

Ability to prioritise and manage multiple assignments as well as detailed work within a fast-paced startup environment

Demonstrated organisational and interpersonal skills

Assist in the development and distribution of periodical publications aimed at maintaining neutral to positive public perception

Track media coverage by means of media monitoring and systematically archive all publications

Analyse collected mentions and compose a well-written media report at timely intervals (monthly and annual)

1.Assisting the Director in developing partnerships, including coordinating with both internal and external relevant units.

2.Actuating & monitoring partnerships implementations, particularly faculty mobility and staff mobility programs.

3.Evaluating partnerships and updating the Agreement Database.

4.Collaborating with Student Mobility Staff in monitoring and developing report for the Deans.

5.Coordinating and communicating with partners on SBM’s IRO programs.

6.Arranging meetings with partners/potential partners.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

University degree from any discipline, with at least three years experiences working in journalism industry.

Good communications skills in both verbal and written.

Thorough knowledge of the company, making quick decisions to be able to assist other department's request in time.

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

To be function as internal media "clearing house", to gather related information to be distributed internally.

Experience in front-line customer service preferred.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ensure smooth operations of the SilverKris Lounge (SKL) and Krisflyer Gold Lounge (KFGL).

Provide personalised service and assistance to our premium passengers at the SKLs, KFGLs and various areas of the airport.

Handle and resolve escalated passenger complaints.

Perform backroom duties such as monitoring flights and liaising with traffic staff.
