Job Description

Provide content calendar and maintain the company's digital media and perform supporting activities in company’s social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and external website to ensure that the company will gain positive impact in from digital media platform.


Responsibilities

  1. Provide content calendar, publishing schedules, and distribution channels to ensure a steady flow of content across digital platforms.
  2. Create compelling and shareable digital content, such as articles, infographics, and videos, to engage the target audience.
  3. Plan and execute digital campaigns, including ads, social media ads, and display/banner ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, create outlines, and develop high-quality content.
  5. Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement them to enhance the company's social media presence.
  6. Collaborate with digital agency to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  7. Coordination with digital agency to prepare regular reports on key metrics, such as social media engagement, reach, website traffic, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with digital communities/agencies, influencers, and partners for collaborative digital communication efforts.
  9. Maintain and update the company's corporate website, ensuring the content is accurate, relevant, and up to date.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as IT, operations, environmental, community affairs to develop and implement website improvements and enhancements.
  11. Monitor website performance and implement necessary optimizations for better user experience and search engine visibility.
  12. Manage website analytics, generate reports, and provide insights to improve website performance and engagement.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Communications or Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or Web Design or other related communications fields with minimum 5 years' experience in communications/public relations business or in big multi-national company.
