Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for industrial relations that cover employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, misconduct/violation investigation and hiring termination and provide counsel to workers regarding company and governmental policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Support HR Manager in managing relationships with unions & ensuring Consistency with its core business values and alignment with the global approach to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and labour unions.
- Review and give advice to the management in terms of employment contracts, Company policy, SOP, and keep up to date with the government regulations and make sure all HR practices comply with the applicable legislation as well as company regulations.
- Maintain communication with the government or regulators and responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of labour law, and keeping up to date with government regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Compliance and Industrial Relations preferable in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
