Operational water data collection and water balance tracking, review, and improvement

At least 10 years of human resource management experience is required

Identify staffing and recruiting needs, develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management

Must have managed IR in current or past roles and can smoothly handle discussions with unions

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required

Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law

Experience within the Manufacturing industry is a must, ideally with blue collar management background.

Provide support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other employees when new, complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise.

Conduct constructive and timely performance evaluations, performance management and provide feedback for the employee's growth.

Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for employees.

Regional experience is a plus.
