Involves in the back-testing control and ensuring strict policy implementation across the units.

Minimum 7 years of experience in similar capacity

Experience in Life Insurance - Retail

Experience in managing on-ground sales force (eg Direct Sales team,)

Identify, prospect and close deals with distribution partners and insurance companies in line with Igloos commercial and product strategy

- Experience of continuous improvement of market shares and revenue management goals.

- Overall, over 18-20 years of post qualification balanced experience with a Retail organization

- Prior experience as profit centre head is desired.

- Experience in effectively representing organisational needs with an understanding of the broader economic demands.

- Experience operating effectively in a complex decision-making setting.

Working experience with diverse groups and commitment to advancing workplace diversity.

Oversee the entire procurement process, including demand forecasting, purchase order management, inventory control, and delivery scheduling, to meet operational requirements efficiently

Proven experience 10+ years in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the F&B retail industry

Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management

Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier evaluation skills

Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Develop annually a risk-based internal audit plan for Manager and Owner review and approval

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent

Certifications such as QIA and/or CRMP is a plus

Ensure methodical documentation of work plans, testing results, conclusions and recommendations. Ensure follow up on findings and corrective actions

Provide technical assistance with investigations, special audits, and provide subject-matter expertise as needed

Establish and assign departmental goals to team members and evaluate their performance

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;

Deep understanding of Customer Experience solutions across the entire customer journey

Deep understanding of the SEA enterprise market especially around Experience in Commerce and Digital Marketing

Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented

Ability to manage a P&L, very good with numbers
