Ensure all recruitment activities are well planned, and executed based on SLA.

Lead recruitment team and ensure all team members properly guided and developed.

7-15 years of working experiences in the related fields, experience in property industry would be advantage

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management

Strong analytical thinking and time management

Minimum 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment process as Tech Recruiter or having experience in Startup Company

Strong communication and negotiating skills

Experience in social media for employer branding activity is a plus

Responsible for talent pipeline activity such as internship program, management trainee, etc.

At least 2 Years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Handle end-to-end recruitment activity from the sourcing until onboarding.

Contribute to employer branding strategy and company culture activity.

Age 24 - 28 years old

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
