Ensure that maintenance documentation meets the required standards and sufficient information is provided to operate an effective asset management regiment.

Assist/support the client with statutory compliance requirements/certifications for the site.

Ensure site operations, including incident management and escalation in accordance with approved Client/JLL procedures.

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

To perform additional tasks as required by the Data Centre Facility Manager.

Monitor workload resources against KPI and budget constraints whilst ensuring up time.

When required, provide after-hours management support and take part in large-scale emergency response.

Respond to security-related events, escalations, and other problems on the site.

Take part in routine security evaluations and audits of data centres.

Implement pre-established compliance procedures in accordance with SOP, standards, and recommendations as well as any applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

Develop security approaches, policies, and processes, and contributes to their development.

Demonstrable expertise in selection, installation, trouble-shooting, and application of access control, intrusion detection, and video surveillance systems.

Experieced in full-lifecycle Project Management from design and feasibility through to cloes-out and DLP.

Candidates with relevant Data center certifications (etc. CDCP, CDCS) will have an added advantage

Develop relationships with key decision makers within nominated account(s)

Map and build Client account plan and relationship mapping

Develop and drive strategic initiatives

Align with commercial country Cloud & Service Provider teams managing regional cross border projects

Knowledge of data center MEP Infrastructure: Power, Cooling & Facilities Management

Minimum 5 years of people management experience with direct reports as their performance manager

Ensure effective and efficient administration of daily data centre operations, including queue management, 24/7 shift arrangement, and hardware logistics.

Manage the performance of the teams of data centre operation professionals.

1.Bachelor Degree from Computer Science, Information Technology, technical computer / mechanical engineering or Business Management

Skills Set And Qualifications Requirements

Assist in technical issues, project management, vendor management and technical reporting on all critical equipment and computerised systems.

Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in a Data Centre environment preferred

You must be flexible in your working patterns to support requirements dictated by the rhythm of the business & operational demands.

Assist in the planning, supervision and handover of any project related changes or improvements within the facility.

Provide input into and develop site specific procedures associated with Maintenance and operation of critical equipment: SOP’s, EOP’s, Drills etc.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Proficient in client-side and cost management.

Extensive experience in managing large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects.

In-depth knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and best practices.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Project planning and obtaining necessary licenses.

Expertise in overall construction project management including structural, MEP and architectural aspects

Mastery of project management methods, standards and tools

Excellent stress management and ability to work under pressure

Plan and manage a complex construction project in Indonesia in compliance with project specifications, deadlines, budget and quality standards

Manage the tendering for the construction project and manage the contracts after they are awarded
