Bachelor's degree in information security, information systems management, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.3

Delivering compliance-driven assessments and audits based on regulatory and international cybersecurity requirements

Provide recommendations for improved and enhanced client security capabilities.

Support the implementation of core and cloud infrastructure security to manage risks and exposure.

Partner with the Client Account and Industry Leads to understand client requirements and design an appropriate solution architecture

Problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills

Contribute to overall Enterprise Security Architecture Governance and/or industry-specific cyber architecture framework

Coach, mentor, and collaborate with internal security teams and industry leaders to deliver successful architecture/solution outcomes

Ability to execute on a regional scale and make pragmatic architecture decisions, quick wins with long term vision

Support Sales Leads by serving as a pre-sales consultant, including assessing client needs, project scopes, and proposal preparation.

Have managerial work experience and lead the security team for at least 3-4 years.

Minimum 8 years of work experience in Cyber Security

Preferably have work experience in the banking/ financial industry.

Monitor all Security operations and infrastructure.

Maintains all security tools and technologies.

Monitor compliance with internal and external policies.

Primarily responsible for directing security event monitoring, management and response and cyber intelligence

Perform regular security audit in both process and production devices, including asset risk management audit

At least have total experience of 4-5 years related to SOC Manager

Manage day to day Security operation and leading SOC team (identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for SOC Strategy (policy, process, procedure, improvement) to achieve operational objective

·Maintain & developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;

·Providing pre-sales assistanceand product education, and after-sales support services;

·Supporting sales Manager to implement project and create new sales opportunities.

·Must proficient in computer skills(i.e. Microsoft office)

·Have excellent analytical, negotiation, as well as communication skills.

·Supporting marketing activities by phone call, conferences and other marketing events;
