Cyber Security Manager (L3)

Responsibilities:

• Build adequate Policy and SOP as well ass adequate Working Intruction to the SOC activities adhere with the adhere with SOC defined security framework.
• Build monthly security operation report, dashboard and metric to any security operation to any production devices,
• Primarily responsible for directing security event monitoring, management and response and cyber intelligence
• Build regular security operation budget
• Responsible for SOC Strategy (policy, process, procedure, improvement) to achieve operational objective
• Perform regular security audit in both process and production devices, including asset risk management audit
• Manage day to day Security operation and leading SOC team (identification, assessment, quantification, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring)
• Define job desc for blue team, purple team, as well as red team as well as adequate tools to perform the security activities
• Perform necessary decision to any happened security incident and build comprehensive soc incident report
• Perform forensic activity to the any incident in both happened and potential incident

Qualifications:

• Willing to be placement in Batu Kajang, Batu Sopang, East Kalimantan
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• At least have total experience of 4-5 years related to SOC Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
