Business Process Improvement Manager Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Have basic knowledge of “process improvement” such as productivity analysis, business process design, project management or change management.

Have experience in Banking (minimal 3 years)

Knowledge of banking procedures and policies.

Have communication skills in interacting and collaborating with other parties.

Bonus points, if candidate have BSMR certification lvl 1.

Understand bank regulation (OJK and BI) and bank related GAAP.

1-2 years experience as BPI from Logistics Industry.

Must be experienced in managing complex and sensitive operational challenges.

Well-developed and effective verbal and written communication skills used in working with peers and employees at all levels of the organization.

Bachelor Degree, any major from TOP University

Understand business process from Warehousing and Delivery

Fluent English is a must

10 years of relevant project management experience in a similar role

Manage specific business functions directly and working closely with all other functions including sales, delivery, and finance

Develop and control documentation manage systems for all operationally related site files including leases, permits, as-built documents, etc.

Fluent language skills in both English and Indonesian Bahasa

Telecommunications industry experience is desirable

About the Project Process Manager Role

Minimum of 5 years' experience in system management and business process improvement.

Good communication, planning, and time management skills.

Establish and maintain a quality management system, including related procedures and documents.

Coordinate internal and external audits of the quality management system, HSE, and continuous improvement.

Conduct employee training and development programs related to quality management systems, HSE, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree (S1) in industrial engineering, management, or equivalent.

Minimum 6 years experience with Retail SAP Operation & Project Management

Manage SAP operation for Material Management, Sales and Distribution, Financial & Controlling and Warehouse Management System.

Ability to Experience in Retail Industry and in discerning true business requirements and fit for purpose and fit for use solutions

Manage In Store process application and data operations and deliver innovation to drive growth.

Deliver the consultancy, advisory, training and data points of IT SAP aspects to business units

Oversee vendor’s performance result and escalate to IT SAP

Proven experience in quality assurance, process enhancement, and project management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry

Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team

Demonstrated experience in vendor management and performance monitoring

Lead and manage a team responsible for process enhancement and initiatives, vendor management performance, project assurance review, and reporting

Identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance the customer experience

Provide leadership and guidance in resolving complex issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Min. 2 years experience in business process management in a related industry

Able to Work with business stakeholders

Has exp in Power BI, Microsoft SSMS, SSIS, SDLC

Must have Bachelor's Degree / Diploma.
