A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience of 1-2 years in business development, sales, or marketing within construction industry is highly desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and opportunities for business growth

Actively developing and implementing business strategies to expand the company's market presence and achieve growth targets.

Preparing and presenting business proposals, tenders, and quotations to potential clients

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

Minimum sales experience in B2B is preferable (Handling Big Account/Merchant is a plus)

Some hands-on experience with sales techniques (including cold calls)

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Hub spot)

Search for organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

Perform comprehensive research about competitors
