Distributors Management (Sell in & Sell Out)

Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, as well as strong in people development, mentoring and coaching.

3 Years of experience in Sales and Distribution

Strong network and knowledge about district

Design overall area sales strategy in the area

Build and maintain relationships with network of Small & Medium Businesses in the region & Distributors.

Have min 2 years of experience in Area Sales Supervisor roles, preferably within the FMCG / food distributor industry

Experience managing food distributor, general trade and driving sales team within the assigned region.

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline

Currently based in Palembang and willingness to be relocated within the assigned region as required

Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales representatives. Also provide ongoing coaching and support.

Develop and execute strategic selling-out plans to achieve sales targer and maximize business growth.

Demonstrate good working knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills.

Maintain relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements. Follow up with customers, respond to queries and solicit further orders.

Demonstrate good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers.

Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills.

Diploma or professional qualification in Business Studies/Marketing/Economics or a related discipline.

Manage sales team, including tandem selling and monitoring team operational daily sales

Capable to take instructions from Area Sales Manager

Strong communication skill and have service mindset
