- 2+ years of experience at the same level (Spv) in Distribution/ FMCG company

- Experienced in Frozen products will be a plus

- Have the ability to manage both internal & eksternal relationship

- Min. Bachelor Degree in any field

- Have a strong analythical thinking to identify issues for area improvement

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG or baby care industry.

Present findings and recommendations to the management team to drive informed business strategies.

Collaborate with store managers to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and execute plans to enhance revenue.

Provide training and guidance to store staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.

Conduct regular reviews of distributor performance, offering guidance and support to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
