Responsibility:

• Motivate and lead sales team to increase sales
• Responsible for sales team invoice
• Solve problems related to team sales
• Follow up with sales team and customers to ensure their order has been fulfilled as agreed upon
• Prepare visit report, selling report, and other report needed periodically
• Achieve and increase sales team targets by planning and implementing sales strategy
• Manage sales team, including tandem selling and monitoring team operational daily sales
• Create new market network for company
• Responsible for sales in JABODETABEK area

Qualification:

• Target oriented
• Willing to travel for work
• Min Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• Min 2 years experience as a Sales Supervisor and lead a minimum of 5 salesmen. Experience in plastic packaging industry is a plus
• Presentable and well groomed
• Have private vehicle and registered driving license minimum SIM C
• Strong communication skill and have service mindset
• Able to operate Microsoft Office
• Capable to take instructions from Area Sales Manager
