To ensure shrimp paste co-packers for the BU have been assessed against Platinum Rules and drive to 100% compliance with stakeholders

To standardize- improve- and drive for quality best practice in Co-Packers

To monitor complaints for assigned co-packers and drive continuous improvement

To assist product compliance monitoring at co-packers and ensure compliance

To support the FSQ issues investigation- follow up and resolution at co-packers

Maintain knowledge of key product attributes and competitive differentiation to effectively position products in marketing channels.

Actively manage agency partner relationships, expectation setting, budgeting and contract reviews.

Experience minimal 2 years in multi-channel marketing, omnichannel marketing, search engine optimization, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Utilize audience research and trend analysis to develop supporting modular, personalized content. Evaluates customer research, market conditions and competitor activities.

Work cross-functionally to understand customer and business needs and align recommendations and strategy accordingly to different HCP segments.

Experience on reporting through CRM switch and tools viz. CMS (Avaya), OB Dialer, Genesys, IEX etc.

Bachelor degree from management, business intelligence and data science, economics, accounting, engineering.

Monitoring the projects and reporting the result to the project manager/owner to evaluate the projects.

Min working experience 1 year, preferably in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.

Experience with SQL, Phyton, R, and Java is a plus.
