Min 3 yrs of Project manager experience, preferable experience on Construction industry

Provide daily targets for each project

Check the daily progress whether according to the schedule

Excellent negotiation skill, analytical, time management, critical thinking, resourceful, a problem solver and able to think outside the box

Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on problem-solving skills on a day-to-day basis

Minimum 2 years experience in a related position, preferably working with E-commerce business or has been working on provider principle

Possess sales characteristic (ie. people person), and has experience in Sales with a good track record is required

Find new pipeline of client, dealing and close the deal

Be the primary point of contact, build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Provide reports to management regularly (quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).

Advise management by suggesting actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Proven experience as an Account Manager minimum 5 years.

Understand and/or have experience or knowledge of B2B/B2C eCommerce.

Superb research, strong knowledge of industry products, and market intelligence skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication and sales skills (passionate about Direct Selling).

Have a minimum Diploma (D3) education qualification

Have the related working experience as an Account Executive (from logistics company would be advantage)

Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a good understanding of English

Daily check in & daily visit Seller

Record, escalate and solve seller order issues in operations and system

Able to support seller needs during SBD and Campaigns (collecting the necessary information for Shopee Xpress’ operation needs)

Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Experience in a Headhunting / Recruitment industry and/or start-up environment is a plus

Having min. 3 years of B2B experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Build and maintain B2B client active relationships

Sell products to active clients

Bachelor's degree from any major (Management or Business Administration is preferred)

Have a great personality and high account management ownership

At least one-year experience as Sales will be preferred

Have good communication, negotiation and real-time problem solving skills

Develop existing and acquire new clients (B2B market) for Eden Farm within a specified target

Understand and solve the customer's demands
