Our client is one of the rapidly growing YouTube channels focused on all things Badminton, aiming to be the leading source of quality educational videos, tutorials, product reviews, and insight on Olympic Badminton athletes across North and South America. As a startup channel, we are building a tight-knit team that enjoys and thrives in the content creation process.


As our Video Editor & Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the content we produce. Your primary responsibilities will involve creating and editing videos, transforming raw footage into engaging content for our YouTube channel and social media platforms.


Responsibilities


  • Create vertical content for other platforms including Facebook Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok to reach a wider audience
  • Revise drafts and make edits based on review notes to improve video quality and engagement
  • Contribute creative ideas for content and strategies to increase channel engagement and growth
  • Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging videos for YouTube, ensuring consistency with our channel's style and tone


Requirements


  • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively in a remote, tight-knit team
  • Reliable, with a commitment to deliver high-quality work products in a timely manner
  • Interest in Badminton with some knowledge or background in sports
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to our channel's unique style and content requirements
