Content Creator (Tiktok/Instagram)

Job brief

We are seeking a Content Creator for Instagram & TikTok to Work simultaneously with the marketing team to maintain consistency between marketing campaigns and content published.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with the social media team to disseminate content posts to more target audiences through cross-platform promotion, expanding influence and brand exposure.
• Responsible for the creation, shooting and editing of photos and videos, ensuring the quality and attractiveness of the content, and matching the preferences and needs of the target audience.
• Select suitable content (photo/video) platforms to publish, and manage and maintain related accounts, including content updates, interactive replies, etc according to the characteristics of the target audience and market conditions,
• Manage the user community on the social media platform, reply to user messages and comments in a timely manner, handle complaints and disputes, and maintain good user relationships and reputation.
• Cooperate with partners or KOL (Key Opinion Leader) in related fields to plan short video/photos activities and promotional activities to increase user participation and brand cooperation opportunities.
• Formulate end to end content strategy and operation plan, including, post photo, video script, content type, release frequency, duration, etc.
• Monitor the performance data of the content, such as playback volume, forwarding volume, comment interaction and other indicators, analyze user behavior and feedback, optimize content and strategies, and increase user participation and conversion rates.
• Keep up with the latest trends in the content industry and user needs, conduct market research and competitive product analysis, innovate short video formats and content, and enhance competitiveness and user experience.

Requirements

• Min 1 year experience as content creator for short videos
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in end-to-end content production, start from planning, shooting, editing, and posting videos
• Proficient in English
• Able to analyze data reports
